Thread: How could Morti lose a bit weight in a few months without much effort? Help

    Default How could Morti lose a bit weight in a few months without much effort? Help

    I do not want to do sports or go hungry, are there some tricks like just avoiding certain foods or not eating at night some things which dont require much effort and you lose a bit weight... like lets say goal until April (my birthday)?

    To gain success In life what ever you want to archive there's has to be sacrifice, seems to me you want everything hand by hand with no minimum effeort, In real life there's no such thing like that Mort. I did told you before eating one meal per day for at least 30 days it's enough to loose a ton of shit of weight.

    How my sister lost weight, she was very chubby because she was stressed in school, this is what she did:
    1. Get an American thermos water bottle (the metal ones), 1.5L capacity, she drank this two times a day with water only
    2. Eat a lot of seafood (shrimp, tuna) and chicken because they have a lot of protein, it keeps you full
    3. Eat a lot of spinach and eggs, they are good for you and help you lose weight, and they are not obscure weird food you cannot find anywhere

    She didn’t stop eating everything else but she tried to do this more and it made a difference. She lost 30 kilos in 2 years without changing everything too much, she just had a focus. The water is the most important.

    True I need to do that. I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks just with keto (dont portion control and eat whenever im hungry until i feel full).
    Need to start only having 2 meals a day though. It'll suck balls, but I'll just drink decaff coffee then or a sparkling water.

    I lost about 30 lbs and all I had to do was stop drinking sugary drinks and stick to 3 meals a day. Try drinking a glass of water every time you feel hungry instead of having a snack, you'd be surprised how much it fills you up. Plus, you'll feel more hydrated too.

    Morti has almost zero muscle mass its all fat the only way to lose weight is through alot of sacrifice and pain.

    A forum is not going to help need to see a specialist dietician and personal fitness instructor.. but he is gypsy he won't do it.

    My advice is fast walking at least 5miles a day with going on along with diet of some sorts .I reduced my weight from 107kg to 90 couple of yours back in a relative short period of time .Also dress more layers of clothing to sweat as much as possible .
