Exactly. They are as dark as Sardinians, which is somewhat perplexing. This is one of the areas of Italy where Neolithic-derived elements are greater than indigenous-derived ones exhibiting Cro-Magnid tendencies. The area was colonized by Messapians, an Illyrian group. Invaders were mostly of Aryan race, but they seem to have left no impact. There is no similarity between Apulians and people on the other side of Adriatic.

Ofc if you choose pics of people from Bari taken in August where the avarage temperature is 38°C... I could to the same with Albanians. Do you really see many differences from these Albos?

Btw I stop the game, it's pathetic. Be realistic, Arhne: the Indo-European invaders, that you call "aryans", have probably arrived from Anatolia...

A lot of my friends from Pescara/Ortona/Lanciano/Chieti etc have a collective hate for people from Foggia....or basically from Vasto downwards.
    Can you explain this.

I think we are more western looking than them. And closer to central Italians.

I agree. Except for some people from Naples (due to Greek influence), I perceive Campanians as very western indeed.

Steppe Aryan clearly predominates. Am I right or am I right, Aherne?

The Apulians to me look distinctly SE European.
