I have absolutely no connection to Mexico myself but it seems like a cool country with cool nature and places. Tho mexican food is terrible and the worst peasant sludge ever (no wonder mexicans are super short and have the highest obesity rates in the american continent iirc).

I like tortillas with different fillings (vegetables, meat, seafood, sauces, spices etc.). It's not my favorite food, but I like it. I also tried rice with chicken and peanut sauce and it was also ok.
