I was friends with a commie who shared my bizarre sense of humor, and my best friend hung around a for-real racist skinhead, but my friend wasn't a White supremacist.
In real life, I met a few neo-nazis in South Africa and in Sweden.
They looked like normal people, but they had strong non-mainstream opinions.

And I met some very anti-government, survivalist, conspiracy types in Arizona, Idaho, Washington, Montana and Michigan,
over the course of many years, often in environments and situations related to firearms. (shooting ranges, gun shows, etc.)
But they are not that extreme for the US, and I am around these types often in gun forums and survivalist forums.

Actually I seem to attract conspiracy theorists wherever I am in the world, this is a life theme.
I sympathise with them, they are creative and unconventional critical thinkers with a glimpse of the truth,
unless they are paranoid schizophrenics or something.

Also my stepfather had a LOT of subversive, forbidden, out-of-print, banned books,
which he collected in South Africa in the 1970s and 1980s. We still have them.
He was also in South West Africa (Namibia) in the past, which was full of Germans, including World War 2 veterans.
We would be a major target of any Fahrenheit-451-style regime in the future!
I can make a list for you sometime.

Also I have a few girlfriends who were members of the Party of the Swedes (Svenskarnas parti, SvP),
which was a neo-nazi (national socialist) party in Sweden in 2008-15.
This is an urban white working class youth subculture in Sweden.
(Ulf Ekberg from Ace of Base was also part of an urban neo-nazi gang as a teen in the 1980s.)
I was never associated with the party, and I would never join an extremist movement, but I somewhat like their flags.

I loved Ace of Base when I was a child, this was the first music that my parents bought for me in the late 1990s.
Their first album from 1992 was the best though.

There were some good remixes too, this was one of my first exposures to electronic music.

The original song was by Bananarama in 1982. This is how I would look if I lived in the 1980s!

Have you tried a Kinder Egg?

Also do you think its bad I don't want to do gifts or cards anymore because I feel like no one ever appreciated the gesture and they really mean nothing to people?
    =(^.^)=

Also I don't do classifications currently, sorry.

No, I had to look up what those were! Chocolate eggs with toys inside, cute!

I had some chocolate eggs that were hollow inside, with no toys though.

No it's not bad to stop giving gift cards. That's sad that they don't appreciate the gesture.

America banned them because of choking hazards. Add them to clackers and Jarts in the lethal kids' stuff category.

You're stuck in an apartment for a year (make your own plot), and you can have just one of several things. These things are one book, one CD, one movie, one TV series, one drink, one snack, one friend, and one hobby (what are your choices?).

I have never heard of that band. But I really like it. Will be sure to add it to my playlist. I like those kind of songs/vocals very pleasant to listen to.

Don't make me choose between my twin sister and my stepbrother. Of course my sister comes first, but still.
The book would be an encyclopedia or almanac.
The "hobby" would be luxury bathing, which could be a large whirlpool bathtub, fancy soap/shampoo, etc.
The food would be eggs and/or fancy gold or red potatoes (I can microwave the potatoes, survive without meat for a year).
The drink would be something healthy like V8 vegetable juice.
The TV series would be Miami Vice, something stylish and beautiful and interesting.
The movie would be something visually beautiful and not too heavy, like American Gigolo. Something you know all about!

The CD would be Enigma MCMXC AD (1990 AD), the most beautiful and interesting chillout that I can think of.

Would you live in an isolated cabin in the woods without any electronics for a month if offered $50000? Lol

Ok no need for that book request I mentioned in our pm . It's basically all here I read up to page 20 of this thread(and will read the rest another time) and what a terrific read! I should have read this thread first before asking you all of those questions. But atleast some of what we discussed wasn't here and you learnt about me a little Now I know why you linked me to this thread in our pm first

Oh and I have a question for you. I know its a little dark but if you had to decide for either yourself to die or your twin, would you sacrifice your life for her? I know it's easy to think of course I would, but put in that actual situation in the moment would you? I'm not sure what I would do. I say yes now, but I'm not sure if in the moment I could do it and it actually makes me sad to think about.
