I don't know if it can be called Khoisan but North Africans are 10-15% or even 20% SSA depending on the individual and they show it often. Her face shows SSA admixture too, especially here:

Could be to do with maybe a hominid they bred with? i have heard climatical explanations but they are basically desert people and other desert people have round eyes so that doesn't sound convincing.
