Ted Bundy was tested twice: he scored 121 the first time and 117 the second time.

He never scored 136. I've seen that online but it's not correct.

For not known reasons being nearsighted statistically gives a bonus of incredible 8 IQ points according to Hans Jürgen Eysenck, Die IQ-Bibel, Stuttgart 2004. I'm serious and he's generally a recognised scientist in that field.
