My question is more "to what other languages it sounds more similar to" (always speaking about this specific video)

It genuinely sounds unique, but maybe like a Portuguese with a russian accent whilst rolling their "r"s?

How does Albanian language spoken in Kosovo sound in this fight?
Hard to say I was little destracted by her cleavage tbh.

Perhaps it sounds a little like Romanian to my ears , I mean most likely its very different but I have not had opportunity to hear
a lot of Albanian. It sounded like I heard her say the word Ora, which means hour right ? They use it in Hungarian language for hour but I think its origins are Latin/Italian.

Ora in Romanian and ore in Albanian is hour. My ancestors used term ura for hour. In Serbian standard is sat or čas (sat is borrowed Turkish word and čas is of Slavic origin). In Croatian
    standard is sat.

It's influence of Italian/Venetian language from the period of rule of Venetian republic.

Actually "saat" is an Arabic word that Turks borrowed.

Yes. Most of 'Turkish' words in the Balkans are actually of Persian origin, and smaller part are of Arabic (and Turkic) origin like 'saat' as you said and 'duvan' ('tobacco') for example. But they are marked as Turkish borrowed words, because they arrived with Ottomans.
