    Default How Frequently Do You Dream in Your Sleep?

    It's almost every night for me these days. However, until recently, seeing and remembering dreams was a rare occurrence for me. I used to see and remember only a few dreams in a year; dreams have always been somewhat impactful for me until now. Since I dream a lot these days, they have become something like breathing and less important.

    I dream every night, although I don't always remember everything or just the sequence, and it generally happens when I'm tired.

    When I'm relaxed and unburdened by plans, my dreams are vivid, adventurous, and usually very positive, like mini-movies.

    Usually I never remember but nowadays I dream again. Usually fun things, that makes little sense, but sure my brain is processing something

    Same. Since i fixed my diet/lifestyle and even environment to some degree ive began to experience more frequent dreams, just like I did as a kid, which means my cognition is higher like that of a kid (less toxic, more natural).

    I think this is the natural state of a human. Dreams can help us prepare for anything that may happen in the future, give us ideas or simply guide our life or realize whatever goal your subconscius may have.

    A year ago i basically had zero dreams, the year before and so on. I had horrible diet full of typical processed crap and very poor sleep. Washed my hair, skin, teeth with toxic chemicals. And the vaccines i got for whatever fake transmittable disease the medical industry warned people about (I didn't even want to get them but my parents quite literally forced me. At least I didn't get the "covid" one I guess...)

    This is why i encourage everyone to chase health (and thus happiness) above all that is manmade and meaningless such as money and fake "status". Once you get healthy everything will just follow, really. You'll soon wanting to find a partner and have a family yourself. And most importantly you will be more chill due to biochemical stability/hormonal balance.
