The reality is that everyone has personality traits that fall into certain disorder or cluster of disorders. Healthy amounts of these are a good thing and everyone has them a lesser or greater degree.

It becomes problematic when the levels become pathological. This can only be assessed by comprehensively by a mental health professional.

With reference to your high score on Paranoid Personality Disorder. A good dose of paranoia is what keeps us as human beings alive. It's healthy to be suspicious sometimes. It becomes pathological when your life is consumed with paranoia, feeling that EVERYONE is up to something against you, taking measures to combat any kind of real or imagined intrusion such as Fort Knox-like security systems throughout your own house, booby trapping it because "just in case - you never know", never leaving your property because there MUST be someone out there who wants to get you. You have to take EVERYTHING into account (as a whole) before one can make a diagnosis of any kind.

Yeah I feel my high paranoid was due to consuming LSD which I totally regret with all my heart I remembered years ago took this test or similar and scored something like 40% I just hope I don't have long term consequences because of that stupid decision.

Well to be honest, I think it’s better to be on guard than naive and vulnerable.
I don’t think the whole world is out to get everyone but I also know that the general population will do whatever is best for themselves even at the expense of others.

I have traits but don’t have a disorder. I have other stuff I see a therapist for.
