Native Anatolians are not genetically Greek. Anatolian Turks are 50-70% Native Anatolian and 25-45% Medieval Turkic on average. It really is that simple. Mycenaean (Bronze Age Greek) DNA is almost non-existent among ethnic Turks.

The "Greeks" with whom the Turks mixed were not Greeks from mainland Greece. Greeks in Anatolia had the CHG as well as the Neolithic Anatolian heritage.
