A point against immigration that many make is that it gets unsafe (crime and violence ridden), that you cannot go outside in some cities because of immigrants, or outside at night, another point is that immigrants often receive welfare.

Why do you think immigrants do that? Why is it less safe with immigrants?

It's because they can. Simple as. Government simply allows them to get away with it. In their own country, they would have been caned in public. If not outright hanged.
