Lol but I thought in summer actual Spanish people were sensible enough to stay inside until 5pm, when I was last in Spain in summer streets and beaches were deserted until evening.

Very interesting, Israelis are not really a proper ethnicity but I would say that there are substantial amounts of lighter hair even in south east Spain but it is the case that perhaps 80% have solidly dark hair with the other 15% being lighter brown or blondish brown.
