Because in Latin America arab are over represented among in higher class. While they are ghetto refugees in Europe.

Lazily and perhaps incorrectly, I consider SE Asia as well as NE Asia when I say "East Asia". And most of those countries are as poor as Latin American countries, perhaps more so. As for China, however glitzy its main cities might appear, GDP per capita is still nothing like Western or Japanese levels.

Largely true, although you can find working-class White immigrants especially from Eastern European countries like Romania and Russia in some East Asian and Gulf Arab countries. (Japan in fact used to have a long-running dispute with the EU for imposing visa restrictions on Romanians due to this). And many European immigrants to Latin America (at least initially) were poor themselves. Furthermore, even poor East Asians in Western countries still are generally better-regarded than most Blacks.

And that stigma is low in Latin America. Arab literally have married upper class there because they were upper class.
