large frames are more impressive in the sense that people with such body types can have thick wide wrists and tend to be muscular and big naturally despite not training their bodies in gym, ive noticed that germanic europe, especially Scandinavia tend to have the very large framed people the most

and for south europe more narrower, do you agree that there is a averaged difference in body type/frames between races within europe? for me i think so, tacitus described the germanic tribesmen to be generally "very large framed" on average as way to distinguish racial traits

i think there is a difference between thickness and generally large boned/framed, the excess width between shoulder to shoulder and similar width aligning with the shoulder of ribcage is what im asking for

How about this man? He has a belly but has a strong back and is what I call "barrel-chested". He looks naturally muscular and thickset, robust. My father is naturally muscular too but smaller.

I have an extremely small frame but my mom, who is the exact same ethnicity as me obviously, has a giant frame. She is not unfeminine looking but was always "built like a football player", or so I used to say. We can wear the same pants size and both have a thin and healthy appearance but she will easily be 30-40 lbs heavier than me due to her significantly larger bone structure.

We are both Eastern European, mostly Baltid (everyone has always classified both of us as either fully or mostly Baltid), yet we are very different.

If I had to choose, it would probably be Eastern Europeans or Scandinavians that have the biggest bone structure, but of course it can vary a lot in every ethnicity.

There's a debate here between Northeast Europeans and Northwest Europeans. I'll just say Northern Europeans since they take to strength sports like Nigerians take to speed events. That aside, there are some great bodybuilders, as well as powerlifters, who are of Southern European descent. The Polish are well represented too, and some Polish women are stronger than all of the men on this forum.
