Default Are the Ainu related to the people of central Asia?

I was pondering this while watching Ainu dances, their clothing is quite similar to that worn by some people's of Tajikistan, also traits like eyebrow concurrency and robust features would point out that the original Cro Magnon population of central Asia would have looked similar.

Modern Ainu have significant recent Japanese ancestry btw. Some Southern Japanese might have Austronesian elements especially in Okinawa which is southern Japan and some can even look Filipino
