Oh my gosh...69 kids?!

I know that unneutered cats can have a lot of baby kittens in their lifetime, and also male seahorses give birth to hundreds of baby seahorses.... but I didn't realise that humans could create so many children in one lifetime.

If people live in a small village where loads of children are born to the same parents, there could be a risk of inbreeding when they're adults.

Were all 69 children delivered naturally or were they delivered through the stomach, (ceasarean-section/C-section) deliveries?

I wonder how many of the father's 82 surviving children also have children. I wonder how many grandchildren and great-grandchildren he has.

E.g: If each of his 82 children have just 2 children each, that would give him 164 grandchildren! That's a lot of birthday presents to buy each year.
