Spanish policing is lame

When they realized the extent of his crimes, they re-arrested him and took him into custody later that night. So the Spanish police have this guy in custody and they know he physically assaulted a woman but because her injury was minor it was 'not a reason for arrest.' It's just a summons to appear in court.

Is this the guy who randomly punched people at train/metro station?

I remember his video. Releasing this piece of shit is a big mistake and obstruction of justice. He physically assaulted many people randomly without reason.

Is not the Spanish police fault. is the corrupt, globalist, anti-Spanish establishment who does this. Most Spanish policemen and police women are very frustrated with all this shit.
