She doesn't look Korean, and the answer to the "why" is that genetics and phenotypes are funny things that don't always follow "rules" 100%.

But yeah from most of her pictures that she didn't take herself (I'm assuming she takes them intentionally a way to look more Asian), you can tell she is not fully East Asian. She looks maybe Southeast Asian, or indeed like a mix of Indian and Asian (which is what some SEA are anyway).
