Multiculturalism is not inherently good or bad, it's just that France after WW2 received millions of Africans, who are worst kind of immigrants, arguably worse than Gypsies. In a hypothetical siutation where immigrants are exclusively are East Asian, multiculturalism could even be beneficial (in before TC's anecdotes about "Triad gangs").
