You can't change your gender. You will have to mutilate your body and go on livelong hormones. You are just a lesbian and if you want to attract other lesbians than you would be crazy to go down the route of gender reassignment. You won't attract heterosexual women or lesbians.

So my advice would be no as it will create a lot more problems and won't make you happy.
