Of particular note is how the gaps not only between Dominican Republic and Haiti (0.214) but also Chile and Bolivia (0.162), Argentina and Bolivia (0.151) and Mexico and Guatemala (0.152) are now bigger than the gap between the US and Mexico (0.146). The gap between Costa Rica and Nicaragua also comes close (0.137).

Paraguay is not southern cone. I know some maps includes it, but the only similar thing with the rest is its location (it's near) and that they drink mate. That's is. Not cultural ties or anything while the other 3 countries share a lot, including leading most poles in South America or Latam.

PS: obviously it shares cultural ties with the frontier, but that's it.

Of particular note is how the gaps not only between Dominican Republic and Haiti (0.214) but also Chile and Bolivia (0.162), Argentina and Bolivia (0.151) and Mexico and Guatemala (0.152) are now bigger than the gap between the US and Mexico (0.146). The gap between Costa Rica and Nicaragua also comes close (0.137).

That happens when your nation is run by 99.9% apes and/ or amerinds, and the other not so much the case... European genes once again prove to work my friend.

Perú benefits from having largely combated its guerrillas, which Colombia still hasn't 100%. Although the FARC has officially stood down, there are plenty of dissidents who have gone onto form their own gangs.
