I'd guess that before Turkish actually. Usually Turks are not Asian looking or less Asian looking than this man. But apparently Turks from Izmir and in general west Turkey are more likely to exhibit such traits as they have higher Asian DNA % (kinda paradoxically as they're more far away from Central Asia).

Yes, Western Anatolia has high Turkic admixture although they have high Turkic, many of them look European, lots of people say "Western Anatolians do not look Turkish they look European and they are just Turkified Greeks and have %0 percent Turkic" but the reality is the exact opposite.
