15% blue-eyed for Tajiks? That's a not true. It's even higher than Turkey (4%) and higher at least than the average for Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Corsica (France), Ariege (France). Approximately 15% of Greeks are blue or green eyes.

It is likely not more than about 5% pure blue/gray which is what occurs among the Katir tribe of Nuristan. It might be significantly higher among Pamiris who K. V. Trevor was focusing on, but even then 15% seems rather high. I don't know if that was even based on formal observations or just a broad estimate.

The standards applied to Europeans are far more rigid. Ok.

Yes, I should have. I’m just tired of Middle Eastern and Northern African whitewashing. People are trying to make Southern Europeans darker than what they really are. It’s as if they were Negroes or something. Southern Europeans are firstly European by race, even if they are as a whole darker than other Europeans. It doesn’t make them darker than other peoples of the world. Europeans as a group are the fairest people on earth.
