Yes like I said earlier, ISIS is a CIA creation and CIA tool, many people in the Middle East know this.

ISIS is a weapon used to attack secular Arab regimes or Iranians or Russians or other designated enemies of the US.
ISIS also replaced Al Qaeda, which was out of control. ISIS may certainly be used for false flag attacks to create panic.

ISIS gained strength under Barack Hussein Obama (since the Arab Spring, after Osama was conveniently eliminated),
was destroyed by Trump, and then suddenly revived under Biden, how convenient!

A strong record of CIA-sponsored terrorism around the world.

A strong record of CIA and Mossad support for Islamists, when it is convenient.

A strong record of Ukrainian/CIA terrorist attacks in Russia.

A strong record of Tajik/Mossad/CIA terrorist attacks in Iran.

Considering all this,

I don't see why it couldn't be just an attack from the CIA, against the big enemy Russia, using Tajik contractors.

I posted a quote of Putins speech to the event which is probably based on evidence he received, given the fact that the Terrorists are in the hands of the FSB, by all logic, the Russian side should have more evidence than any of us.

Putin is dumb that he is going to use this to go against the Ukrainians. Shows the spite and how this is a brother war churned on by more than just the Americans. The Americans are the big problem right now, Zelensky is a fly on the wall. Of course, the Ukrainians are corrupt but is Russia any better?

Quite true. It would be very political of him or any smart world leader to do so. What does it matter who really did it if the deaths of citizens and the "demand for justice" can be used as fuel to further advance your cause and ambitions. Its a dark and often recurring facet of politics.

It has the signatures of a CIA backed ISIS attack. Its an attack on a white Christian nation that has long suffered exclusion from the West. In any sense, you are right and that is why this has the signatures of a CIA based ISIS attack. They prop up these ventures through agitation or through finding lackeys to do their business. The Tajik guys were bought for way too low to know what they were doing and to have been motivated by outside actors, like the CIA.
