Anthropologically speaking when does a marriage become interracial?

I don't think many people would call a marriage between a pale skinned Lebanese and a darker skinned Lebanese interracial, what about a marriage between a light skinned Italian looking Egyptian from Alexandria and a dark brown Egyptian from Luxor? i would say that would be interracial.

The word (“interracial”) speaks for itself. It’s marriage between people of different races. If you have two Lebanese or whatever of different racial stocks marrying each other, then it’s interracial. Ok.

I think this is misleading. I think pure Caucasoids are fair skinned, even "proto" Caucasoids.

Given that many white supremacists are quite swarthy that could include quite dark individuals in marriages.
