Most women don't care about money

Most men in this thread don’t seem to grasp the concept of class and status. Old money and even new money won’t date or marry a low status woman. There are rare exceptions but for the most part they choose partners of similar class. There are many novels, movies and research revolving around this topic. Middle class tend to marry middle class, low class marry low class and billionaires go for rich and famous eg models, actresses, CEOs etc. I am not sure where is the myth of men not caring about women’s status coming from.

there are a lot of rich men marrying also less famous models, there are actors who married bartenders, a lot cases in fact- you want me to name few? (Matt Damon, Matthew McCougney, Christiano Ronaldo, Jeff Bridges) - and guess what these marriages work better because often times these women (of lower status) which do not climb the latter (like becoming a very famous actress or model) lack "dark traits", they are more friendly, easier to get along with and family oriented etc. Some attritubes that make marriages work easier. There are exceptions as for example my grand mother was middle class, but with a lot of dark traits- but because she was hopelessly unambitios, the marriage worked- so a woman with a lot of dark traits submissing to her husband is also way why some marriages work.

Going for a famous model or actress is really a dumb thing to do as the divorce rate shows it. A high class men can choose a women with high eduction etc.- this is something very different, as for eduction the most important attribute is work ethic

The only dude I know overly concerned with class (beyond like, the person not acting like white trash) is a Catholic dude I know who has been gay his entire life but is LARPing about how he's totally interested in women now because of his religion. Theater kid that's always posting French recipes he makes and goes to book club.

Not exactly someone women are fighting over.
