This reminds me answer of a CHP veteran while we were renovating his boat, when i questioned his position (remaining silent, not reporting) about some corruption case which possibly resulted in deaths of officers on duty. People always claim that theyre in a special situation to justify their decisions but its just they make decision and choose a path for themselves.
