Hmm, Ted Kaczynski's points are always interesting to read. But I can't help but feel he's overestimating the competence of the system. Couldn't this naturally occur as a result of social conditions leading to these actions rather than being the result of the system pulling the strings?

I think he would agree with you. The system doesn't have people at the helm directing society. Everyone (unless they authentically rebel) does their part without knowing they're playing their part in maintaining the system.

The companies were nazi in Germany, and they are communists in China even while applying the most capitalist precepts. If tomorrow the political climate severly changes and becomes a long standing phenomenon, Apple will feature in their ads white families picnicking using airpods (don't hold your breath).

Companies are reigned in by the state there. The more power the state has and the less power corporate has, the stronger Conservative ideology is there. It however comes with the drawback of crippling of the economy. Just look at how Conservative statist Socialist-leaning countries like the USSR, Mao China, Venezuela, North Korea, NSDP Germany, Fascist Italy, Cuba, etc. were and compare them to Liberal Democratic Western countries like USA, Canada, Britain, Germany, etc. are. And ironically, once corporates gain more, they become less democratic and try to control what narratives are socially acceptable to believe in.

All of the public Western corporations are controlled by the asset managers like Blackrock,
who are closely connected with the permanent US regime and transnational organisations such as the World Economic Forum.

Asset managers and elite political/social pressure all force corporations in a liberal-leftist direction.
And the US elite culture is increasingly liberal-leftist as well.
(The largest corporations are not really free-market capitalist:
they want subsidies and want to form cartels and monopolies to destroy their competition.)

Western corporations, foundations, and NGOs are all tools used by the globalist regime, they all push the New World Order,
just like the transnational organisations, and all Western governments and media.

The only way around them is to limit and deny them business, and favour non-Western, non-woke companies instead.

The truth is that the US is a Junta of permanent bureaucrats (especially from the intelligence agencies, State Dept, Defence Dept),
as well as oligarchs and elite politicians. The president is only a figurehead and elections are a facade, both parties are the same at the highest level, there is really only one party. The Democrats are the party of power, and the Republicans are supposed to be controlled opposition maintaining a veneer of democracy (at least until Trump came along and ruined this arrangement).
