It isn’t the case with the Irish who are almost exclusively Celtic when it comes to that topic. Phenotypically the English show more of a Germanic cast than the Irish and the other British as a whole, in fact, fair hair for example is highest in frequency in the historical Danelaw area of England. Although we can agree the English are more mixed than the Irish.
Haplogroups are literally less than 1% of DNA, you should look at autosomal distance, Eurogenes K13 also shows that Anglo-Saxons are closer to the Irish than to the English

Physical anthropology has its place. Genetics obviously go deeper, because it shows things we cannot see as well. Physical anthropology is helpful is different physical features in populations to an extent. This is why I like it.

you use craniometry averages to see whom looked like whom, i have plenty of them if you would like to see, but to ansewr your question, taking in regards the genetics of old anglo saxons and craniometry, both are closest to Norwegians or Scandinavian generally, so they would essentially look like what the old norweigans did

okay, you forgot to put in scandanvian to see the distance between them and boom, they are genetically closest to scandanvians, so they looked like scandanvian people

this is wrong, old saxons and generally people from warrior cultures had endomoprhic body builds, basically very large frames and thick wide wrists on average, proven by anthropometry, bone mineral density of bones of our ancestors were 50 times thicker than modern young men in america, especially comparing it to the generally muscular african americans who have the most dense bones on average, even comparing it to them, bones were 50 times denser

It is not! This isn't comparing warriors only. What's wrong with you? Obviously Ancient warriors had to be pretty large as their fights were extremely physical. this has nothing to do with. The Anglo - Saxon type is heavier than the Hallstatt Nordid. many Scandinavians are of the Hallstatt Nordid, but they are not heavy - boned.
