If there is a Gypsy country it does not mean all gypsies would live there more serbs live not in serbia then in serbia like Austria Germany sweden Chicago and in many other places

Fascism isn't evil. Mussolini just supported Germany because he was very confident they'd win and thought the war would end soon, so might as well rake in from the spoils. He split from the Italian Socialist Party cause he was anti-war (which was the mainstream view among non-Italian Socialists), and just bent his stance later for that reason. And his support for Germany was specific to him and not related to Fascist ideology. Same goes for his imperialistic ambitions.
