    That's the flag of the Portucalense County (predecessor of Portugal). The first official flag of the kingdom of Portugal (1143) is this one:

    Yes it is, I absolutely love this Flag. I would change for actual in a split second... unfortunately Finn's did stole our early Flag and nowadays everybody thinks it's theirs...
    Portugueses colours have always been white and blue. That's why FC Porto colours are white and blue stripes. If you go to Gumarães also in the north you will see plenty of blue cross flags in the windows and in the squares, that's why I love that place.

    Realmente, essa Bandeira é muito bonita, assim como o Brasão da dinastia dos Bragança.

    Eu, sinceramente, gosto muito da história e da arquitetura portuguesa. Embora eu não tenha nenhuma ascendência portuguesa, eu confesso que, depois da história e arquitetura francesa a portuguesa é a que mais me encanta.
