Spaniards (Atlanto med) & British Isle, Ireland (Atlanto, sub Nordid) , both have strong Celtic connection to some deegre.

That Celtic connection is greatly exaggerated. Just look at the map posted by Lábaru and you will see the logic of what I'm saying. Using Britain and Ireland people might just as well use the Netherlands or even more sensible would be Germany. There is no especially close connection other than we are all Europeans and I wish people would stop using this airy fairy Celtic connection.
