I never eat at my computer.

I don't drink alcohol, coffee, or fizzy drinks, as I care too much to look after my skin, hair, teeth, and health... but even over the Yuletide and New Year season, I still didn't eat many sweets, chocolate, or any unhealthy food at all... (I drank filtered water instead.)

... with one exception of a small bar of Green&Blacks organic dark chocolate that I ate in early December, and a small cake I ate at a party, (but I brushed and flossed between my teeth with my electric toothbrush and electric flosser straight after eating the organic chocolate, and rinsed my mouth out throughly with mouthwash at the party... as there's far too much sugar in sweets.)



I visited my Oriental-English dentist a few weeks ago and she said I have good teeth (like my grandmother and father,) but I want to get near-perfect teeth just like my mum naturally has.

There's already enough fructose found naturally in fruit (so smoothies must always be sipped with a straw and then mouthwash has to be used afterwards,) .... let alone the very high amount of extra sugar (sucrose) found in sweets and fizzy drinks.



I think there should be a law preventing the advertisement of junk food (especially to impressionable children) and to stop it being sold in stores. My son isn't medically allowed to eat sweets or it makes him hyperactive.

Chicken Parmigiana with a small tossed salad. There's supposed to be some kind of pasta with it also, but I can't find room for it.
