    Chechen has obvious Slavic element to it wich automatically makes it closer sounding to Serbian than Albanian.

    When I was thinking about learning Chechen and people asked me about it, I said it was about a "Frenchman speaking bad Georgian".

    The language sounds sweet, a characteristic I wouldn't attribute to most Caucasian languages. Probably because of rounded frontal vowels.
