I never been in Estonia but I saw a lot of famous/great estonian people. In my private opinion most of them could pass as North-Western Russians and Latvians. Some Estonians have typical scandinavian appearance but they are minority. Maybe I'm wrong but this is only my personal observation.
I have found quite a many maps showing genetic distribution of main haplogroups Y-DNA in Europe. More or less this all distribution maps looks like this one:
