British Hair Colour and Eye Colour Percentage

No the percentage of your ignorance is higher than that! The British and Irish also have the highest frequency of red hair genes in the world. This is why truly fair/ truly white skin, freckling is highest amongst them too. No region of the British Isles have a frequency of lower than 20% for people with red hair genes. So how smart are you? When you supposedly say that British and Irish are the darkest, that doesn't make sense. All other European groups have a higher frequency of tanning ability than the British and Irish! As a whole 25% of Brits have blond/blonde hair, higher among some English and northern Scottish groups. Red hair can vary by definitions, if we enlarge the definition, red hair frequency is highest in Ireland (10-30%), Scotland (10-25%), and Wales (10-15%).

Brits are overwhelmingly brown or dark brown haired but mostly light eyed, although in Southern Britain its barely more light than dark eyes..

Saw a fair amount of blondes and blonds in England. Not so many redheads, on the other hand.
