Most people don't especially given that he looks close to Russian.
Though some really seem to care when it comes to a person with Jewish ancestry. That's funny cause half-Georgians or half-Armenians (if not exotic) are rather easily accepted while they are certainly less Euro genetically than half-Jewish guys.

hm, I feel like the term "Russian" has become kind of like the term "American" these days. I mean, there are so many Non-Russians and Mixed Russians in Russia and most of them are accepted into Russian society.

Just to give a few examples,

-Prokhorov has Jewish blood
-Putin has finnish blood
-Sergei Badrov had Buryat blood (RIP )
-Pevcov has Jewish blood
-Kirkorov isn't Russian at all
-Mashkov is half Italian

And yet, all of these people are highly integrated into Russian society. They call themselves Russian, and except for a few chauvinists and skinheads no one really cares.

Personally, I have 0% Russian blood but I grew up there and I was never treated as a foreigner.

Yes, Russian culture is about absorbing foreigners. They are imperial people. You can really feel it - the urge to dissipate in their commonly shared nationhood.
This is quite fine if you have a limited number of people with some non-European or simply genetically distant ancestry but works really bad in case you have a massive immigration. The flood from Central Asia is almost uncontrolable now and if nothing is done in timely fashion they may end up like some Western Euros now.
Additionally there are problems with North Caucasians due to their tribalistic mentality and refusal to conform to some norms of Russians. It's funny how say Armenians who are on average considerably darker and less Euro than an Ingush or Chechen enjoy much more positive reception from Russians than the latter.

Yeah looks like some Gorid type, basically an East-Alpinoid type that has been Borealized and made to have more Cro-Magnon features. In a way the Gorid is like an Eastern Borreby, with a more distinctly Eastern look. He also has some Pontid influences.

To be accepted into Russian society and to be considered Russian is not the same. No person with visible non-Russian (or invisible but known Jewish like Soloviev) ancestry has any chances to be considered Russian.
