Dinarids are more robust and more mesomorphic as well as HYPERplastic than Nordid and Mediterranid, in Lundman's scheme they are the real and strongly "mature" type.
Typically, if they are thin, they are usually gaunt and the bones stick out almost, look like being too big for the thinness of the body, rather than having that smooth outline of very leptomorphic Nordid and Mediterranid people. They are just more robust boned relatively, coarser in comparison.
The difference between Cromagnid and Dinarid is rather, that the Dinarids are more "elongated" while still being somewhat coarser, which Cromagnids aren't, so Dinarids are rather leptomorphic-hyperplastic with a mesomorphic tendency, Cromagnids are mesomorphic-hyperplastic, definitely the closest to Athletic and Pykno-Athletic (Kretschmer's scheme) body types on average.
Nordid and Atlantomediterranid are rather sinewy Leptosomic (elongated, more robust and stronger Leptosomic), Gracilmediterranid more gracile Leptosomic to smaller-gracile mesomorphic (really meso, as in all schemes rather intermediate, being Athletic-Mesomorphic of the coarse type is not just intermediate, but a peak on it's own too).
