True but it is barely visible at all, Spaniards can look like Northern Levantines or Coastal Algerians sometimes, not like full Arabs, Gulf Arabs are more similar to South Asians.

Spaniards have Mena admixture unlike Swedes, so they are closer to North Africans than Swedes for sure. But does this mean they are closer to Moroccans than to Swedes? I think neither. They are still Europeans Celto Iberians with NA influence but also a bit Germanic.
