I think she looks like she could be Scandinavian or even Eastern European, and for classification I would say some sort of Balto-Borreby with Nordid influences.

In the first one she looks really Germanic, but afterwards she seems to move more towards a Celtic or Slavic type. I'm guessing German or Austrian.
