Just looking at indigenous Serbs (gypsies and other non-Euro elements excluded) as a whole you see considerable phenotypic diversity. They certainly are not as homogenous as Finns and some others.
Not sure how serbs in Serbia are/feel in RL, but here they look very complexed...with some exceptions. My neutral opinion () is that there exist great diversity among the Serbs, same as in other Balkan countries/peoples.
Serbs living in Kosovo looks more similar to Milenko than to mneserb.
I'm not sure about the regions mentioned by Sorab.

Most Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija i saw personally resemble these Serbs from Suva Reka near Prizren in the first few minutes of the video .
