So this terrible effect will last about 4 days? oh dear how awful.
Cattle die, kinsmen die,
the self must also die;
but glory never dies,
For the one who is able to achieve it.

Everything effects sperm count or gives you cancer. bread gives you erectile dysfunction, blinking gives you bowel cancer etc.
I think it are true that modern society and its technologies create illness, but why laptops specifically? You could shutting off your laptop for life, only to get cancer from microwaving french fries. I already having cancer twice, so I do not make light of this. I am just asking what things do scientists believe DON'T cause some negative effect?
I have remember reading a few years ago that chemicals in furniture cause penile deformities in 1 in 3 Danish men. Also, taxi drivers having low fertility because of heating from leather seat. If everything were true, everyone would having a deformed penis, zero fertility, leprosy and AIDS. Take things with a pinch of salt.

Too much salt can damage your kidneys, so your blood pressure gets high and..., yes, you could die, but not directly from eating too much salt!
But saying only one factor is being fatal for our health and should be avoided, doesn't make any sence. The harmful environment is structure of factors - avoidable and not.

My last laptop blew after 2 years of duty. I consider this lame. You pay even more expensive than for a normal PC and the thing can't last. I now much prefer my good PC, well working since two years.
It's never too early to start beefing up your obituary.
