Not even close. South Africa maintained apartheid until 1994 - long after we ditched white supremacy, and they did so while sustaining much more effective foreign pressure than we did.
The Canadians are among the least racially conscious of people on surveys on the topic. We beat them.

Voted South Africans as they are the only ones who are the minority in their country and only recently gave up their racial laws.
