It's scary that a guy like this leads a popular nationalist party in Europe...In a speech held in Esztergom over the weekend, Jobbik chairman Gábor Vona (also the party’s prime ministerial candidate) revealed what can be considered to be the party’s “enemies list”, origo.hu reports. If the party were to come into power, Vona said they would come into conflict with the IMF, United States and Israel in their bid to reform Hungary’s finances and economy, although he did not give specifics. Vona also had words of praise for Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, arguing that he had managed to elevate a people “without a history, past or desirable qualities” through a patriotic program and said part of this should be emulated. Before handing over the microphone to the local candidate, Vona also surreally added that were Jobbik to come to power, they would ban the commercial television stations RTL Klub and TV2, which, as we know, wouldn’t be that difficult to do.

Jobbik's Iranian connection is becoming more and more visible by the day. On December 2, 2011, Jobbik organized a demonstration in front of the U.S. Embassy protesting U.S. policy toward Iran. Gyöngyösi was one of the speakers in his capacity as chairman of the Hungarian parliament's Iranian-Hungarian friendship group. He was also the one who organized the Iranian ambassador's visit to Tiszavasvár. On January 8, Gyöngyösi participated in a program disseminating information about the Koran. Joining Gyöngyösi were the ambassadors of Iraq, Qatar, Morocco, Palestine, and Malaysia.

We need to get some Jobbik party leaders registered at Apricity, so they can begin poasting here.

Jobbik are a great Nationalist party, and contrary to what the media tries to portray they aren't fascists. In fact they grew out of police heavy-handedness directed towards them.
Their guard is simply a manifestation of their national culture (like Robin hood would be in England), not some fascist uniform as their opponents try to claim.
Bottom line is their anti-EU, anti-Interventionist, anti-Immigration, pro-European preservation and have sensible economic policies - which is exactly what Europe needs right now. A threat to Europe?? You've got to be kidding me.

Why? will your country bomb them too. Jobbik are trying to move Hungary away from the old global monetary system because it failed big time. I doubt Jobbik actively seek conflict with America, but rather expect it from the Americans - given their track record.
Unfortunately for America more European nations are likely to follow suit in the coming decades with parties like the Front Nationale (official allies of Jobbik), PVV, Swedish Democrats, DPP and FPO becoming more and more acceptable.
