The near historically accurate Netflix film Outlaw King

From what I heard by Shadiversity on youtube (he's kind of a huge Medievalist) the movie is vary historically accurate compared to many historical films set in medieval times. It focuses on Robert the Bruce (played by Chris Pine) who after realizing that king Edward killed William Wallace, and is taking advantage of the Scottish people, decides to re-spark the rebellion, with him as king.
It is rated R, and it shows both Chris Pine, and Florence Pugh nude (if your'e into either of them) & their characters relationship seemed genuine to me
(but what do I know, I haven't been in many relationships before) Either way I saw it, and it was truly a great movie, and I think everyone here who loves Scotland, History, or Robert the Bruce or just wants a cool war/romance movie should watch this.

It kind of is. The problem it has was that it was too short, better as a series. It actually ends at the wrong battle for example, the most famous in Scotland history, Bannockburn was not in the film.

I believe Shad from Shadiversity or maybe someone else I watched addressed that. They said they combined the two battles to shorten up on run time

Could have had more than the two and had more than one film or episodes.

That saying it is not a bad film, though Scotland has so many good actors not sure why we needed Chris Pine.

Im pretty sure they got Chris Pine to get viewers who wouldn't already watch it (AKA women who wanted to see him naked)
