Inspired by Artisch thread about Bulgarians I am starting one about the Dutch. The problem with Dutch pictures is that normal picture are very rare. Most pictures show people partying or have a lot of foreigners on it. But nevertheless I found a couple of pictures:

It's too bad all the native Nederlaender are moving away to Australia and NZ because of immigration. Soon maybe the only truly Western European countries left will be in Oceania.

Like most North/West-European peoples the Dutch are at their best during summer as two pictures will show- then the smiles re-appear on the faces and the beer and wine flows in rich quantities. (and no one bothers about the price).

NOTE: The boy up front wearing a pink/black shirt doesn't look Dutch. Probably one of our "cultural enrichers".

This girl is (according to the descriptions) a Dutch model. The picture was taken abroad.

1995 song (in those days people still believed in multiculturalism so one or two times you'll see a "new Dutchman" (as it was euphemistically called back then) appear as well) that describes the Dutch in all their quirks, their habits.. whatever makes them Dutch.

I think that perhaps Holland and England suffer the most "white flight" in the world. It certainly seems to be the case. A shame that my two ancestral lines are being so viciously attacked. I suppose Holland could be my second home, if it weren't so overcrowded and multcultural.

I know that this fellow wasn't Dutch, but his morphotype is exactly the same as many of the Dutch-Americans that I've worked with over the years. Is this a common look (minus the walrus moustache

) in the Netherlands?
