    Most look Indian, and some with probably varying degrees of accidentally assimilated Balkan/East Euro admixture. They certainly don't look that Germanic/Celtic.

    There's an IQ average on the gypsies floating around, if I remember correctly its 64. I think only the pigmies have a lower IQ than the gypsies.
