It's a nice photo. I think I would be the same if I were away so long from the person whom I loved. I don't think it's appropriate to discuss if it's perverse or disgusting, it's natural love. Like Loddi wrote, they're not having sex, and if it were of a hetero couple this wouldn't even be an issue.

If you go to the absolute origin of why it is wrong you would have to say because God said it. It sounds cheap, but let me explain it: The same is true for every other moral. There are two options:
- Either something is right, because it is eternally right (according to God´s character),
- or it is right because somebody at a certain time said it is right.

The latter would be relative and not absolute. I could simply say that´s only a claim, I don´t think it´s right.

I had difficulties with that thought, too. But I simply accepted that when God is real, eternal and unchangeable, then so is his moral. Thus I know some things, such as love and compassion, simply are wrong or are right and they will always be.

If I don´t accept that I can only cling to a right or wrong that can´t ultimately be defended.


After this is clarified we can use it to explain my thoughts about homosexuality. As I said before I found it disgusting before I became a Christian. This disgust probably wasn´t the result of what I was taught, because I can´t even remember that people taught me about it when I already found it disgusting. Now as a Christian I can say why I found it disgusting. Because in the conscience humans have some of God´s eternal truth in their heart. That´s why many cultures view love and compassion as good to some extent. And that´s why I find sex with a mouse, a monkey or a man disgusting.

And yes, obviously sexual activites do play a role in homoSEXuality.

I understand your ideologies, which is all I wanted from this conversation. Of course, I don't agree with them, although some things I am thinking about and that is always nice. I suppose it just bothers some people more than others. It could be due to my systematizing nature, or it might be as you prospect - I've grown accustomed to it. Anyway, I don't think it's a problem, while I suppose for others they're more comfortable seeing it between opposite sexed partners than same-sexed. I understand its significance in the cultural trends though. I just can't help but think its such a trivial matter. Again, I attribute this to my systematic rather than empathetic thought process.

Whatever. Its an action that a kid in a small age doesn't do, and neither have to witness, and neither I want to explain to a 3,5,8 years old kid why a man is kissing a man in the mouth.
