I don't. No friggin way. Ever read the Jablonski (2006) skin tone study on north-central / northern Iberians. The people there, on average, are as light as what is found in some parts of Britain and Belgium.

Another thing that has to do with Iberians is I think that when we see Latin Americans who do not appear outwardly mixed race but there is still some not overly perceptible difference in their looks (i.e. someone part Amerindian may have totally Caucasoid features but an odd skin tone), we assume these people are close to pure Iberian when they are not and it may alter how we view Iberians.
