You need to learn how to take beautiful people from white people. That woman, which has passed through a plastic surgery in order to hide her asiatic-hooky nose, is not white. Let alone her odd eyes and thick obviously made brows. Look at her kinfolk and you'll see what she is able to conceive.
Of course, white can be considered a subjective term and you can call her white if you want; however, europeans is for real.

She looks mainly Arabid and has light Middle Eastern skin tone pigmentation. Plenty of people from the Middle East could be considered in the 21st century terminology nowadays "white" in America and elsewhere, but they will never be considered European; regardless if some may look like pseudo-Hallstatts, Anglo-Saxons, Bruenns, Borrebies, Atlantids or Keltic Nordids or other Nordish individuals etc.
As long as their ancestors have lived predominantly in the Middle East for 500 years or more, and happened to inherit some "archaic white looking Northern Euro atavism," suffer some "Germanic-lookalike mutation", depigmentation, Germanic-looking rufosity they have, making them appear "Central-West/North Euroish" they still aren't European genetically and to be qualified as such.
No one in the heart of the Middle East will ever cluster with someone from Europe, including Southern Europe; only unless that Middle Eastern person has recent ancestry from a place in Europe or vice versa, otherwise this is impossible.

Most likely a "European-looking" Persian is more closely related to other Persians than to Europeans. "Near Eastern-looking" people in Sicily or the Greek islands are probably more closely related to northern Europeans than is a fair-skinned, light-eyed Persian.
Culture and religion are also important (There is a reason why many consider Georgians and Armenians "European" even though their homelands are largely outside the generally accepted boundaries of Europe, but do not do the same for Turks.)

I'd agree with you that "European-looking" Persians are more closely related to other Persians. As far as the "Near Eastern-looking" Sicilians or Greeks being closer to Northern Europeans than Persians, I suppose you may have a point and might be partially right, but then again such a Persian could have recent European ancestry, but that's an entirely different story.
As far as Georgians and Armenians being European I don't think so. There are some Slavic Russian and Soviet Volga Caucasus ethnic German minorities leftover living in Armenia and Georgia, which could account for some Nordish-looking Armenians and Georgians, that are mixed or wholly of those minorities. However, most ethnic Armenians and Georgians, have Armenid traits some have even Orientalid, Iranid and Berberid influences from other Middle Eastern invasions, their Eastern Orthodox Christianity, which is basically Oriental Orthodoxy is also different from the European Balkan East Orthodox Christianity sect like Greeks and Bulgarians. In fact, Muslim Bosniaks and Albanians are more European than Georgians and Armenians, both culturally and genetically. As they show no recent links to South Asian/Caucasus populations, despite being secular Atheist Muslim.

As for Armenians and Georgians, they are clearly not European in a strict sense, but they are different in religion and culture from Arabs, Turks and Persians. That is why some people perceive them as European.
You are right about Balkan Muslims being more European genetically than people from the Caucasus. Bosniaks are also more European genetically than Greeks or southern Italians (as measured by the prevalence of pre-Neolithic European haplogroups, and aDNA Fst distance from Near Eastern populations such as Turks and Lebanese).
Most Albanians and many Bosniaks are secular or atheists, while some Bosniaks (at least in the countryside) are devout Muslims.

When good men are the rulers and the program-makers for a society, the population as a whole will reflect this, and people with no
originality or moral sense of direction of their own will nevertheless fervently support the highest aims of their society. But when evil
men rule, as has been the case in the Western World for many years now, most of the population will wallow happily in degeneracy of the worst
kind and will self-righteously parrot every filthy and destructive idea that they have been taught.
